• Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads delivered meet your specified qualification criteria. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will:

• Replace the lead at no additional cost, or
• Provide a full refund for that lead

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate targeting criteria and requirements
• Respond to lead qualification requests in a timely manner
• Use leads in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, technology, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of PlasmaSync. Clients receive a limited license to use our services for their business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlasmaSync's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Access to our platform will be discontinued
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Midland, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
